WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing time before your order ships.

HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
Average delivery time is 7-15 business days after your order ships. Because we work with international fulfillment partners, delivery times can occasionally run longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing in your country. We'll email you tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can follow its progress.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel free of charge within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing with our fulfillment partner and cannot be guaranteed to cancel. Email us with "CANCEL" in the subject line as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS
Reply to your order confirmation email right away with the correct address. We can only update it before the order ships, so please reach out as soon as you notice the mistake.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Contact us with photos of the damaged item and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
